Summer Springboard, an education startup based in Southern California, had an outdated WordPress website that was supposed to be doing the legwork for the bulk of their lead generation and search engine marketing. After the COVID-19 pandemic hit the US the company needed to pivot to online classes before registration in January 2021. The old site didn’t have a great system to add information about these offerings nor did it have a design pattern to adapt to this dramatically different type of content. On top of this, the site was slow to load and the design was hard to navigate. Cottontail was tasked with overhauling the design and improving the technical performance of the site before an upcoming ad campaign to push the new online course offerings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
