2. Purchase Currency

  • All transactions on this website are processed in USD. Prices for services are clearly outlined in the project proposal or contract, and payments are accepted through secure online payment platforms.

3. Delivery, Refunds, Returns, & Cancellations

  • Delivery: Project timelines are established in the project agreement. All deliverables will be provided to the client in the agreed format, such as website files, documentation, or other digital assets, upon project completion and receipt of full payment.
  • Refund: Refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced. However, if a project is canceled by the client before significant work has been completed, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of Cottontail Creative, depending on the circumstances.
  • Return: Due to the nature of digital services, returns are not applicable. Clients are encouraged to review all deliverables during the revision phases to ensure satisfaction before the final delivery.
  • Cancellation: Clients may request to cancel a project at any time. However, a cancellation fee may apply based on the amount of work completed. The specifics of any refund or cancellation fee will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of cancellation.

4. Website Security and Compliance

  • Security Measures: This website is secured with industry-standard encryption and is loaded over HTTPS to ensure the safety and privacy of your data.   • Both parties must agree to the scope in writing, which can include email confirmation or a signed contract.

6. Timelines and Deadlines

  • Timelines for project milestones and final delivery will be established based on the scope of work.
  • All efforts will be made to meet agreed-upon deadlines. However, delays caused by changes in the project scope, client’s responsiveness, or unforeseen technical issues may affect timelines. Clients will be notified immediately of any potential delays.

7. Revisions and Modifications

  • The project scope includes a specified number of revisions. Any additional revisions or significant changes to the project after the initial scope has been agreed upon may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.
  • All revision requests must be communicated clearly and within the stipulated time frame to avoid delays.

8. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, materials, and access needed to complete the project on time. This includes text, images, videos, and any other resources specified in the project scope.
  • Delays in providing the required materials may result in project timeline extensions.

9. Quality Assurance and Testing

  • All deliverables will undergo thorough testing to ensure they meet the specified requirements and industry standards. This includes cross-browser testing, mobile responsiveness, and functionality checks.
  • Clients are encouraged to review and test all deliverables during the revision phase to identify any issues or discrepancies.

10. Final Delivery

  • Upon completion of the project, final deliverables will be provided to the client in the agreed format (e.g., website files, documentation, etc.).
  • The client will have a period specified in the scope of work to review the final deliverables and request any final revisions within the scope of the project. After this period, the project will be considered complete.

11. Post-Launch Support

  • Basic post-launch support will be provided for a period specified in the scope of work to address any bugs or issues directly related to the delivered project.
  • Ongoing support, maintenance, or additional enhancements will be offered as a separate service and may require a new agreement.

12. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be outlined in the project agreement, including any upfront deposits, milestone payments, and final payment upon project completion.
  • All payments must be made according to the agreed-upon schedule. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of work.

13. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

  • All work produced will be the intellectual property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary information shared during the course of the project.
  • The client agrees Cottontail Creative may use the work product as part their portfolio and websites, galleries and other media solely for the purpose of showcasing their work but not for any other purpose.
  • Both parties agree that when asked, the client must properly identify Cottontail Creative as the creator of the deliverables. The client does not have a proactive duty to display Cottontail Creative’s name together with the deliverables, but the client may not seek to mislead others that the deliverables were created by anyone other than Cottontail Creative.
